Hope for Heros - Meals to DeKalb County Hospital

Here at the Marked For Life Ministries Hope Center, we love nothing more than creating ways to show appreciation and love to those around us.

We LOVE serving our community, and every community has unsung heroes, especially during a pandemic. This past Friday, we had the urge to show some appreciation to the DeKalb Hospital Emergency Room Staff.

Currently understaffed and feeling the repercussions of our nation's current health crisis, they work hard in their tireless efforts to help the sick and hurting in our area.

We raced to gather our ingredients and successfully delivered fifty individually packaged dinners consisting of BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans. We topped the meal off with a pickle and chocolate chip cookies.

We appreciate so much our invaluable partners who invest their resources, time, and energy into making ministries like this possible.
